    How could I exchange an item?

    Sadly, we do not currently offer exchanges. However, you are more than welcome to return an item back to us within 30 days of receipt. Please read through our returns policy and take note of any non-refundable items.

    What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

    Please contact our Customer Service team if your return appears to be incorrect. 

    Please note that we will refund you the amount paid, please check your original order confirmation to check if discount has been applied at checkout to your items, before contacting us. Please also be aware that a $2.99 returns fee is detected from your refund for each order.

    Where is my order?

    Due to a high volume of orders, we are experiencing delays in our warehouse. However, please rest assured your parcel is still in the process of being picked and packed and will be on its way to you really soon. We really appreciate your continued patience and support during this particularly busy time.

    What do I do if I've received the wrong item?

    We try as hard as possible to ensure you won't receive an incorrect item, however very occasionally this may happen. If you're a USA or International customer, please contact our Customer Service team with images of the incorrect item, where a member of our customer service team will help you further.

    There's an item missing from my order, what should I do?

     If you receive your order and an item is missing, please contact us via our established contact methods. We’re here to help and resolve your issue.

    Can I track the status of my order?

    Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped, a USA tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order.

    I'm having trouble signing in to my account, what should I do?

    Oh no! Please try resetting your password initially. If this still doesn't work please contact our Customer Service team with your account details and we'll try and help!

    Do I need to set up an account to make an order?

    No, if you do not want to set up an account with us, we have the option to checkout as a guest. All you'll need is your contact and shipping information!
